Hi, I’m Gloria! Welcome to Cougar Mountain Basecamp!

I’m here to give you the safety demo before you join us up in the sky.

Safety is our first priority here at Superfly - but don’t worry, there’s only a few things you need to know, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Guide at Superfly Ziplines
The Equipment

We use industry leading, size adjustable, multipurpose helmets.

The trolleys are fabricated in Maple Ridge BC and are custom designed for Superfly Ziplines. They undergo regular upkeep and ongoing magnetic particle testing to ensure fidelity.

Our custom-made harness is a hybrid parasailing and zipline harness that provides support for your legs, back and secures you in place facing forwards at all times.

Braking System
Technology

Our braking system allows you to not sweat the small stuff. It’s entirely automated, all you need to do is enjoy your flight.

Our ziplines are rated to hold 17,000kgs, that’s more than 4 elephants.
Maintenance &
Safety Checks

Our team of trained professionals as well as external regulatory agencies complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual checks on the ziplines and braking systems. Our zipline gurus even do some advanced stuff like Magnetic Inductive Testing on all our ziplines to ensure they are always exceeding industry standards.

The ziplines are 22mm in diameter and are specially sourced from a millisan steel mill that with proper maintenance will last forever.
Guides

Our guides go through a rigorous 50 hour training process, are all first aid certified and are guaranteed to enhance your experience.
